FBA Labor Program
New in 2015, Fibre Box Association (FBA) is pleased to announce the rollout of a newly enhanced Labor Program. Last fall, the FBA Data Services Committee and Labor Program Committee worked to enhance FBA’s Labor Program. Highlights of the enhanced program include new and modernized data entry forms, a job description spreadsheet to assist in job title comparison and explanation of jobs, more options under medical, dental and vision insurance, new savings plan options and new wellness benefits and incentive plans sections.

The FBA Labor Program consists of 3 parts:
The online database reports on labor agreements and settlements for both union and non-union FBA member plants and is available 24/7. Information available includes wage rates by job title and increases, holidays/vacations, life, AD&D and A&S insurance, medical, dental and vision insurance, pension plans/401(k) plans/profit sharing/stock options and more.

The monthly bulletins includes labor agreements and settlements for both union and non-union FBA member plants. The bulletins consist of 4 parts: expiring plant agreements, labor agreements put into effect, number of increases and settlements for the year and total average wage increases increases negotiated over a 4-year contract.

Wage & Fringe Benefit Study
This is a comprehensive survey of labor-related information over and above the monthly labor report. It includes wage rates and increases (specific job classifications, average straight-time hourly rates), fringe benefits (holidays, vacation time) and insurance benefits.
