FBA provides government relations interface on behalf of its members, helping promote understanding and positively influence governmental issues impacting the corrugated industry. The Association links members to news, events and issues updates; provides contact with elected officials, and can trace their respective voting records to help corrugated industry members anticipate and address positions on issues that are important to their business.

The Association of Independent Corrugated Converters (AICC) and the Fibre Box Association (FBA) held the Corrugated Industry Fly-In on Wednesday, April 1, 2009 in Washington, DC.
The Fly-In gave industry representatives an opportunity to address our nation’s lawmakers with one united industry voice. Members voiced their support for legislation that benefits the domestic manufacturing base and improves the competitive climate in North America. Important topics included:

- Energy security/fuel costs
- Fair and competitive tax policy
- Fair labor practices
