  • U.S. Senate website - Site allows you to locate your Senator, access contact information, biographical information, statistics, committee activity, organizational charts and more.
  • U.S. House of Representatives website - Site allows you to locate your Representative, find a bill, amendment or legislation currently being considered on the House floor and more.
  • NAM website - Members of FBA are also members of the National Association of Manufacturers.  Visit NAM's website for information on issues that are important to U.S. manufacturing.
  • Library of Congress - Thomas website - In the spirit of Thomas Jefferson, this website gives you legislative information from the Library of Congress.  The site allows you to track legislation by key word and congressional actions.


Government Relations

FBA provides government relations interface on behalf of its members, helping promote understanding and positively influencing governmental issues impacting the corrugated industry.  The Association links members to news, events and issues updates, provides contact with elected officials, and can trace respective voting records to help corrugated industry members anticipate and address positions on issues that are important to their business.

2014 Election

In November, Americans will head to the polls to elect 435 Representatives, 36 Senators and 36 Governors. Are you an active and involved voter? Do you know your candidates and what they stand for? Below are some resources so you can make informed decisions come November.

The Corrugated Industry Fly-In

Each year, FBA and the Association of Independent Corrugated Converters (AICC) host the Corrugated Industry Fly-In in Washington, D.C. The Fly-In gives industry representatives an opportunity to address our nation's lawmakers with one united industry voice.  Members voice their support for legislation that benefits the domestic manufacturing base and improves the competitive climate in North America.  Important topics include:

    • A level International playing field
    • Energy security/fuel costs
    • Fair and competitive tax policy
    • Fair labor practices
    • High performance workforce
    • Revitalized infrastructure
    • Bio-mass energy subsidies
