| The Fibre Box Association (FBA) is a non-profit organization representing and
serving the corrugated industry. It brings together, in a lawful manner, the
industry’s North American manufacturers to improve the overall well-being of
the industry and to provide an array of services that enable member companies
to conduct their business more effectively, responsibly and efficiently.

FBA'S OBJECTIVES:

Gather, compile and disseminate statistical information with respect to the
operations of the corrugated container industry.

Represent our members in matters before appropriate government, transportation
and industrial bodies.

Provide details on industry labor negotiations and settlements.
-
Monitor environmental issues and/or regulations that may impact box plant
operations.
-
Maintain a high standard of competitiveness for the products of the corrugated
container industry.

Advance technical developments for the industry and its products.
-
Support the safety of the employees of the corrugated container industry.
-
Promote and develop the market, both domestic and foreign, for corrugated
container products.

Uphold the general welfare of the corrugated container industry in North
America.
FBA'S OPERATING PRINCIPLES:

Association programs and services will be put in place only after it is
determined that FBA can conduct the activity more effectively, and/or at less
cost, than the member companies could individually, or when performance of the
service can only be appropriately accomplished by collective action through the
association.

To the greatest practical extent, the cost of FBA services will be borne by
those who directly benefit.

The programs and services FBA provides will be accurate, of high quality and
delivered on a timely basis.

FBA will be a key contributor to identifying, communicating and resolving
appropriate industry issues.

FBA will continuously review and question its activities to assure they are
meeting member needs.

Our staff will be professional, well trained and knowledgeable.
