SHEET PLANT OPERATING RATIO SURVEY
INTRODUCTION
- Please submit information in dollars for the period ending December 31, 2023 or the most recent 12 month fiscal period.
- If you operate more than one sheet plant, you must submit data for each one of your facilities.
- A report on the results of the survey will be presented on a de-identified basis and will only be made available to those that participate.
- Please complete the data entry no later than March 15, 2024. The individual company information you provide for the de-identified report will be destroyed upon compilation of the report.
New User Signup:
Click the “Signup” button on this page if you are submitting data for the Sheet Plant Operating Ratio Survey for the first time this year. On the signup page, you will be asked for some basic contact information (Name, Phone, E-Mail, Password, City and State). Once you have provided this information, click the “Save” button to continue. Then begin adding your plant information by clicking on the "Click here to Add Plant Data" button under the "Provided Data" tab.
Returning User Logon:
If you have previously submitted data for the Sheet Plant Operating Ratio Survey this year, use that logon that you created to access the online forms.
