In 2021, FBA continued to elevate the image of the corrugated packaging industry and focus interest on the unique attributes/benefits of corrugated packaging across trade publications and social channels, combining our strategic brand messages with visually engaging media. We also continued our monthly social media themes to ensure consistent delivery of messaging and initiatives and worked to increase engagement and awareness through impressions and views.
Thanks to consistent messaging, specific audience targeting and paid advertising efforts, year 5 of the Corrugated Industry Promotion Program (CIPP) was a huge success. Awareness of our messaging is up exponentially, and our share of voice in the industry continues to grow.
