FBA Announces New and Re-Elected Board Members and Officers.

The Fibre Box Association (FBA) announced today the re-election of several Board of Directors members, the election of one new member, and its officer slate for 2026–2027, all approved by vote of all members during the Annual Meeting held on April 16, 2026.

Re-elected Board members, each serving a three-year term from 2026–2029, are Cathy Foley, Pratt Industries; Joe Palmeri, Jamestown Container; Clay Shaw, Batavia Container; Ray Shirley, Packaging Corporation of America; Dale Sommer, Buckeye Corrugated; and Keith Townsend, International Paper.

John Schwarz of Schwarz Partners was newly elected to the Board, filling the seat vacated by Don Sparaco of Smurfit Westrock, who moved to the officer slate as Second Vice Chair.

Newly elected officers for 2026–2027 are Mike Riegsecker, Menasha, Chair; Jack Fitterman, Liberty Diversified International, First Vice Chair; Don Sparaco, Smurfit Westrock, Second Vice Chair; Bob McIlvaine, FBA, President; and Cory Martin, FBA, Executive Vice President.
