The Tech Box
The Fibre Box Association (FBA) is requesting its members provide data for two upcoming reports: the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classification codes for shipments, due on April 3, 2026, and the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) analysis, due on May 15, 2026.
NAICS is the standard used by federal statistical agencies in classifying business establishments and captures business activity across North America. FBA requests NAICS shipment data from member companies annually. The report is used for the FBA Industry Annual Report. Those members who participate by providing data will also receive a detailed copy of the finished report.
KPIs include data for sales/costs/profit ratio, capital, receivables, fixed assets, inventories, and other key operating statistics. The report has been produced since 1992. Data in the report can be used to directly compare your facilities with other de-identified facilities of similar size and capabilities.
Updated NAICS input forms were sent to FBA member contacts via email. KPI data can be submitted via the FBA Members Only site at this link.
If you have any questions about NAICS and the data submission process, please contact Maddy Blum at mblum@fibrebox.org or Kathy Skapek kskapek@fibrebox.org. For questions regarding KPIs, please contact Kathy.
