FBA’s OII Report Submissions Open January 5th

The Fibre Box Association will begin accepting submissions on January 5th for the Corrugated Container Industry Annual Report of Occupational Injuries and Illnesses. FBA encourages all member plants to submit their year-end safety data from 2025 to participate in this year's report and Safety Awards Program. Submissions are based on the 2025 300A Form data submitted annually to the U.S. Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA).

The report provides valuable benchmarking data and trend analysis for the corrugated industry. Participation is voluntary and open to all corrugator or sheet plant facilities manufacturing corrugated products.
